KOSHIRYOKU: GMAILの古い不要メールをまとめて消去する手順

GMAILを10年以上利用させてもらっています。

二度と見ないゴミになったメールがアーカイブとして溜まり続けて、7GBを超えました。

無料で使える上限が15GBなので、そろそろ掃除をすることにしました。

[手順]サーチ機能でゴミメールを条件指定で選び出し、まとめて画面分の選択をしてから現れる「サーチ機能で選んだ全部を選択」を選び、削除を選ぶと、ゴミ箱へ移動します。ゴミ箱で、ゴミ箱を空にするをクリックします。

2. Check "the select all check box" under the "GMAIL search text input box"

3. GMAIL shows text "All 50 conversations on this page are selected.

Select all conversations that match this search"

4. Click the link "Select all conversations that match this search"

5. Click "the Trash button" in the right side of "the select all check box"

6. GMAIL shows the alert: "Confirm bulk action"

7. Click "OK button" in the alert.

8. Click the "Trash mail box" in the left pane of GMAIL

9. GMAIL shows contents of the "Trash mail box".

10. Click the link "Empty Trash now"

11. GMAIL shows the alert: "Confirm deleting messages"

12. Click "OK button" in the alert.
